Picha and Max meet Pengo and Draky for the first time. Picha loves little kids and especially babies! Picha can't help but go nuts over cute babies are and really want's a child of her own one day! So when Picha saw Draky and Pengo she couldn't help but embrace them. Max on the other hand has a few reasons why he isn't quite ready or even very thrilled at the idea of having a kid. This would be one of them. Pengo and Draky are very young and because they have an extremely long life span at their current age (still not fully known) they are considered babies/newbourns. Though very smart and sometimes act adult-like.
