Believing himself to be useless due to his impulsivity, young engineer Rae volunteered himself as a test subject for a formidable new augment. When equipped and activated, the ID-0 converts Rae's emotions into an energy that he can shape into solid tools and weaponry - at the cost of his ability to feel those emotions.
Perhaps someday, Rae will regain the self-confidence to return to his former life.
