On May 16th, 2020, I lost one of the best friends I'd ever had. Babbers was one of my four ferrets, the only unrelated one between the bunch, and my youngest one. Due to a bladder infection, he had to be put down. Days and days of pain followed, but the more I looked through pictures of him, the wider my smile got, and the happier the tears got.
I'll never forget that energetic, mischievous, loving little dooker.
graciously accepted this very personal commission of Babbers to have him drawn enjoying the afterlife with a mighty feast and a horn of mead. As my other three ferrets pass away, they will be added into this commission until they're all resting together in Valhalla.
Needless to say, I'm blown away by this commission. Thank you again, Fortuna. Your work never ceases to amaze me.
