EASIEST FREAKING THING IN THE WORLD TO MAKE AND SO FREAKING GOOD!!!
*coughs* Sorry, caps rage :P
Yeah, this is what you do with those seeds, no ifs ands or buts.
And ALL you need:
The seeds from the spaghetti squash dish I just mentioned - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9059440/
2 teaspoons canola oil
any spice mix you like - as long as the seeds are good and coated!
I used my ras al hanout mix, with a bit of sumac in it - and for that spice mix you can go here- http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6029561/
Though you can sure mix it up with garam masala, bbq rub, brown sugar with cayenne and paprika, etc etc etc!
SO- get a small cookie tray- cover it with foil- then throw on the seeds first.
Drizzle the seeds with the oil, then the spice rub all over the seeds...
And while your oven is cooking the squash at 375 F on the lower rack, you can always put the seeds on the top rack to toast, now cant you? :P
The seeds however, are a different matter in cooking time - you want to cook these until nice and brown (I lean more to 'slightly burnt' :P) for a good 30 to 35 minutes, no more!
Then once out and they are nice and hot...salt IMMEDIATELY and then serve OM NOM NOM NOM!!
