Yeah, it's been gaining a very slow resurgence since around 2018 when Crowchild switched game engines from Adobe Flash to Unity Engine - he's also been turning himself around in many ways such as relaxing his view towards fan art and allowing people to RP as his characters, two things he says that he regretted going after during the HTH "Dark Ages" of 2012-2017. The HTH fandom has also experienced a wellspring on 4chan since someone started an HTH-centric thread that eventually became a general furry game thread as time moved forward.
So yes it's very likely that HTH might see a resurgence but never really be as relevant as it was from 2003-2009.
