Got around to designing this lovely lady finally, and I'd say the payoff was worth it! River's a Turkish Angora cat and largely associated with water. Swimming and lazing by the waterside is her favorite pastime when she's not off dancing the night away. She's a Speed type with a knack for speeding across the water's surface and leaving a tidal wave in her wake.
