TF - Rabbit Tavern
Played with a Fresnel and glow yada yada yada nobody cares what I did, it's STORY TIME!

You and most of the townsfolk are in the local tavern, fresh rounds all around, celebrating a bountiful harvest and a successful summer. Folks are living it up right, but they know their limits. The only things getting hammered here are the piano keys as a fast diddy shoots up the warm glowing atmosphere with energy.
Then suddenly, the door bursts open, and in staggers THIS GUY!
Everything stops. The music stops. The cheering stop. It's nothing but dead silence, broken immediately by the cries and sobs of this strange man in the door, clutching his hairy wrist as though it was going to snap at his neck.
... well, amidst the white fur and the slurred screams, it's evident that it's Charles, the town drunkard. The smell of rum is heavy on his exasperated breaths and he stinks strongly of mud and manure. His clothes are battered and torn, partially due to oddly bulging muscle and frantic running through shrub. His extended foot didn't have to do much to break free from the confines of his boot.
Gradually, he stops yanking his long ears and flubbing words against bucked teeth long enough to yell that it was the Witch of Whitewood that did this to him.
Now this is cause for concern. The Witch of Whitewood was merely a story told to kids to give them a fright. Nobody had ever seen such an individual, and there never existed any proof that there were any sorts of supernatural anomalies out there. The forest had been quite safe, enough for even kids to play in, concerned not for even wolves or coyotes.
Until now. Here Charles stood, covered in all the proof he needs to convince everyone the Witch was real, and changing the minds of the skeptics who try their own hand at removing what they thought was a belt-sewn tail.
It doesn't even take his testimony to piece together what happened. Charles got drunk... again... and wandered into the forest. By some mad stroke of luck, he ran into this particular individual, and proceeded to either hit on her or cheese her off. Whatever she did to Charles was most likely a form of retaliation, and it worked quite well.
He breaks down crying, his throat spent. Everybody then turns to you. Which is natural, considering you are the town mayor. ... oh, did I forget to mention that? Yeah, you run the town. Everyone's looking at you, hoping you know what to do about this and awaiting your instruction.
It is a predicament. Everyone's been living peacefully until now. There's no telling what this witch is thinking or going to do now. Is she going to curse the town if left alone? Do you dare risk getting yourself or someone else involved? Even seeking her out and simply apologizing on his behalf may connect you to him and trigger her if she values her isolation. And what about Charles? Despite his hi-jinks, he's still a popular guy who doesn't deserve to be made a monster. He may have annoyed her, but he wouldn't have hurt anyone.
What do you do?

The first thing I would do, as mayor, would be to wait a few days. Perhaps this will be a temporary – and likely well-deserved – punishment for his transgression.
If that fails, then I'd sigh and find simeone willing to go into the woods to take a message to the witch. I'd instruct him to make a genuine effort to find her and talk with her, but if he didn't manage to locate her then come back by nightfall. At that point, Charles is just going to have to live with his... affliction.

1st I will ask Charles to go back home and lie to him. may be he will turn back to a Normal the next day. And I will use a spell to turn him slowly into a female anthro rabbit for being a pig trying hit on me 2 day ago .
2nd I will go to look for the witch alone. It will be easy for me because I can use magic to look for her. When I find her I will apologize for Charles misbehavior. And try to be friend her show her I can use spell too. And may be trade some spell with her. :D
