Been a while since I drew Anthicus. Well it's been a while since I drew any of my characters. But I lurve mah llamaesque guy. And one day I'll learn to do magical effects that don't just look like flowy light effects. ONE DAY.

One thing I've seen other comic artists do for spells is have glowing rings of runes and such around each hand.

However, I do think that each artist should have their own "flavour" or look of magic so that it doesn't all look the same.

His pecs (chest muscle) are so low on hiiim. Remember that they connect to the shoulder. They should be covered up by the neckfluff. Or lower his arms and thus make his neck look longer. <.< but that is my only critique. Expression and pose are stellar, and the magic effects work for him. =3
