a lonesome Raúna fishing about down at the harbour, lost in thought...

I tried my hand at inkwash with sepia ink. not what I had in mind, but not half as bad, either. gotta try it again some day...
the background has some weird effects from the slowly drying ink which weren't intended, but maybe I can employ them later. ^^

at least I'll try to make it more into a 'value' picture rather than adding shapes together like usual. and I'll play around with the weird effects sepia ink and wet paper makes together. ^^

You really must do more like this. The calming scene and the one colour blending...just gorgeous. I'd love a picture of the cataroose like this to frame in my room perhaps - could we trade when you are free? :)

well, you could try an inkwash yourself, with colour and sujet of your choice; be it another raúna, or an Anbessa-lion. ^^

Der Farbton gibt auch eine sehr schöne Abendstimmung (wenn es so sein sollte ;D) Finde es sehr gelungen!!!

hehe, tatsächlich ist es sepia-tusche in verschiedenen zuständen der verdünnung. ^^

I wish I could fave this multiple times, I haven't seen an ink wash for the sake of an ink wash since College six years ago x.x
