Ten: "Whenever Gwyn took me to the super center the other day, they had sodas this big around for like 2 bucks."
Micheal: "Hmm...not bad. Actually, I think I'm in the mood for some orange cream. We have any?"
Ten: "Yeah I believe so. I'll go get some for you, Jiggles."
Micheal: "Sigh...I wish you'd stop calling me that."

Future version of Ten and Micheal, probably around their 30s. Ten is heavily influenced by his brother to exercise, which causes him to be almost as big as Gwyn. Micheal just continues to do what he does, and he doesn't really change much. He does get taller than Ten, and almost as tall as his brother. His hair also gets wild and long because he doesn't care too much about trimming it.
If you look closely, Ten is pressing his arm against Micheal's stomach just to feel it again, and Micheal is completely oblivious to it. M's got a squishy belly T can't resist.
Also, let's pretend that M is just standing on a step, which is why the proportions look a little weird.
