This lil cub was invented by me back in 1994. I was trying for a bit toonier style at the time, so she was shorter and stubbier and had eyelashes. XP
This is a redo of an old inked sketch from that time. I made her torso longer and her eyes smaller and basically tried to move the pointer on the sliding scale away from "cutesy" and over to "winsome". ^^
