How has it been nearly 8 months since our last XL Scaletail?? Well apparently we still got the skills because this one turned out super chonky, almost hindering our model!!
This big old tail's scales are aluminum from TheRingLord, and hand knit and sewn by us! This one is ~50 inches long, but only weighs ~5 pounds. It's just a little bulky trying to pick up and control!
This was a custom commission so it's not for sale. However, we will have 1 new slot available on our shop come this Sunday afternoon. Keep an eye out if you're interested!

**If you're interested in making your own stuff, we kindly ask you to not request us to teach you. There are basic tutorials online for weave based scalemail, such as Crafty Mutts. We have created our very own techniques for everything and are not too keen on sharing for awhile.
