This here is Louie. A pelican that works in the same postal service that Peter does. The main difference here, though, is that Louie handles live cargo. Animals, furs, stuff like that. He handles them for delivery, be it to vets, zoos, sanctuaries, etc, etc, etc. Louie tends to be good with knowledge on those places, hence why he takes on the work he does.
Louie tends to be good on his deliveries as well. He only has one rule: No fish. He prefers it when fish are in his beak to eat. So, any fish needing transport would need to go through somewhere else.
Louie's beak usually carries a 'live cargo' sticker on it, as a reminder of what goes in it. When he's on a delivery, extra stickers usually go on, one denoting the animal inside and another being the barcode for that delivery.

Heh. Characters like this, I can thoroughly enjoy just thinking about what art could be done with them (why do you think I chose pelipper as my poke'sona?)
The thought that keeps coming to mind is that I'd love to see him with a tiger sticker on his beak. Sometimes to see him actually carry one, sometimes with it actually being something cute and fluffy like a koala with the "tiger" designation being a ploy to keep him from being stolen.
