Duncan "Decoy" Buizel, sitting alongside our downtown canal discovers the water is inhabited by goldfish, no doubt released over time by folks who live in the many condos beside it. I imagine many fish won at the state fair now have a new life in our canal, it's full of them.
We also happen to be fans of "Red Dwarf" so the similarity of this situation to a line in the theme is not entirely coincidental.
