Something by the most wonderful
!
Late last fall I was lucky enough to commission abluedeer and wanted something from one of my favorite childhood stories by Lewis Carroll. I commissioned this long before I cared about the upcoming movie with Johnny Depp, of which I still have yet to see at the time of this posting. I delayed posting this for some time already because I just didn't wish for it to be uploaded during the time that the film was released.
Anyway, I love how this turned out and how abluedeer illustrated the background. The petticoat looks really nice in all it's lacy, ruffled goodness too! I've been quite impressed with how he also portrays anthro characters and his interpretations of those that commission him. He does such lovely work with the subject's form and expressions. It was a great pleasure to have him be able to do this commission for me.
I also like how he drew little furlop as the White Rabbit at the bottom of the frame, running with in his waistcoat, checking his pocket watch and donning his cooking pot upon his head.
