Neko Kane

Chapter 1



There are many strange things in this world and a young man named Kane is one of them. Kane Satou might seem normal but when you see him in person you won't think that, he's actually a neko, he has black hair and yellow eyes but what make him different are his cat ears on his head and his tail, all of which were covered in black fur. Kane never had friends, no parents, he was miserable. He did attend school but alot of times he wishes he never did go. His life has been miserable but his life is about to take a turn for the better when he meets a young lady named Kayle.


Today was like any other day in Kanes life a school day. As he walked in the halls he could hear alot of things people were saying like "Look at that freak". and "I wish he would just leave". He ignored them the best he could and continued walking. He walked until he came to his first hour class, which luckily for him was the only class he would ever get to first. He took off his backpack and sat down in his desk and laid his head on it.


It wasn't long after that that all the students started coming in. He still had his head on his desk but he didn't notice the two guys standing right beside him. One of them said "Do it". The taller guy took his ears and started pulling which woke Kane up and he started yelling in pain.


"Let go"! he yelled as he tried to get them to stop.


They didn't listen and kept pulling his ears until they got bored and let go.


"Heh what a freak".

He rubbed his ears trying to make them feel better.


It wasn't long after that that the teacher finally arrive and took her seat at her desk.


"Alright class settle down we have a new student".


A young girl about Kanes age walked into the class room, she had dark brown hair, light purple eyes, a curvy body and a lovely smile.


"This is Kayle Suzuki, she's moved here from Okinawa and is happy to be attending this school".

All the guys had dreamy faces on as they stared at her but Kane didn't even bother thinking it was just another bully but when she saw him and his cat ears , that interested her.


"You can take your seat right in front of Mr. Satou".


Some of the boy grumbled just thinking of her sitting next to Kane but she didn't mind it one bit. As she walked over to her seat she admired his ears and his bright yellow eyes. She turned around to greet him but she could see he didn't want that at the moment so she turned back around.


The day went by pretty slow and she was dissapointed that she didn't see Kane anymore after the say was over, she really wanted to befriend him. As she left the school she couldn't stop thinking of his bright yellow eyes and his cute ears and tail she even blushed a couple times. As she was walking by the bank she thought she heard something rustling in the dumpster by the food market. Then a head poped out and to her surprise it was Kanes head.
