I have been pretty much a potato all day.
Sadly through normal movements my bad leg flared up and the thigh, knee and ankle have become inflamed AGAIN.
I've had a day trying to numb it with co-dydramol but all its done is made me sleep most of the day.
So, I won't be doing that again...I feel so groggy and out of it completely.
Brain feels like one big baked potato right now. ~
