Updating one of my old OCs again, this time Regina.
She was the first ever female character I ever created for myself way back in 2002. She was always meant to be of Mexican descent, but never really looked it... just not knowing how to pull that off at the time, I guess. I tried to give her a little bit more of a latina flavor this time around. Hopefully that worked.
