Remembered how good elephants are earlier this week, and decided to write about Indi being a particularly voracious one. Involves permavore, weight-gain, and a lot of booze!
A silly bet escalates, and Indi finds himself insatiable and voracious at a party...
Drunken Gluttony
By: Indi
“I think you’re seriously underestimating just how huge the dude is, which is amazing considering he’s literally right here.”
“I’m not claiming he isn’t fat! I’m just saying that it doesn’t matter how small the prey is, they’d still make an obvious bulge even in a gut that massive.”
Indi listened to the argument, and quickly took another drink of his beer. To the enormous blue elephant, one drink tended to be an entire beer, though, so he was soon tossing the empty bottle away. The extra bit of alcohol made him less conscious of being the center of attention. He’d hoped to just chill at the party.
“Just look at how thick his pudge is, though.” August, a gray lion, grabbed a pawful of Indi’s belly and gave it a fierce jiggle, causing the elephant to blush.
Nearby, a short mouse named Zak just rolled his eyes. “Not hard to miss. But
I’ve got friends even fatter than Indi, and even when they eat total shrimps you can still see a few lumpy bulges as they squirm. Guys, tell him I’m right!” The mouse looked towards the two others in the group.
“Uh, I don’t really have a horse in this race,” Clyde said with a snort. The drunk, cream-colored horse felt especially proud of his dumb pun.
“All this talk about eating people is just making me hungry,” an orange-and-white rabbit said. He took a second to adjust the green bandana on his head, his gaze wandering around the rest of the party. “And the menu’s looking pretty decent tonight.”
“Guess there’s no way to break the tie, oh well.” August shrugged.
“Uh-uh, you’re not getting out of this that easily,” Zak insisted. “Indi can just swallow me—then everyone will know how dumb and wrong you are!”
Indi’s eyes went wide, while the others laughed.
“Kind of excessive, don’t you think?” August asked.
“What, afraid I’ll prove you wrong?”
“Not really,” August said. “But I can’t remember the last time I saw the big guy’s stomach give up a snack.” He slapped Indi’s belly.
“This is just a demonstration to prove me right, it’s not like he’ll keep me in there,” Zak said with confidence. “And you’ll all be around to help get me out.” None of the others gave him any sign of agreement.
Indi shifted in his seat, which creaked lightly beneath the elephant’s bulk. “I dunno, it’s not that easy throwing someone up, dude.” He couldn’t help but find himself eying the mouse up hungrily, though.
“You’re just trying to take August’s side because he lets you eat the delivery guy most of the time!” Zak said. There was no denial from either August or Indi. Zak walked over to Indi, who dwarfed him in both height and girth. “Open wide, jumbo, I’ve got a bet to win!”
“I really don’t think this is—mmmphh!!”
Zak had dived right into Indi’s open mouth. One move sent him into the back of Indi’s throat, the small mouse already up to his chest in elephant before Indi could realize what had happened. He swallowed on instinct, and suddenly half the mouse was gone. He reached towards Zak with his large hooves, but the swallows continued, and he was a bit too drunk to get a solid grip.
August moved in and gave Zak’s rump a hard shove, forcing as much of the mouse into Indi’s maw as he could. “Just remember, Zak, you chose to be this dumb.”
Indi mumbled out a protest as he was force-fed the mouse. Fighting it was exhausting, but he felt the need to express at least some disdain for getting caught up in the silly bet. A lump formed in his throat, stretching the collar of his shirt as he descended into his belly. He groaned faintly as he felt Zak enter his stomach, his belly swelling slightly in the process. Zak was rapidly vanishing from sight, his legs and tail slurped up by the large elephant, until finally nothing was left at all.
“Damnit, guys, that wasnurrrrrrrrrrrrp cool!” Indi insisted. His hooves went to his belly.
“First time I’ve heard him whine about a free meal before,” August snickered, poking Indi hard in the gut.
“Shut it, August!” Zak’s voice only barely echoed out from the elephant’s middle. “And by now you’re seeing I was right! No way I’m invisible on this waistline!”
August, Clyde, and Kyler leaned in. Sure enough, there were enough bulges in Indi’s belly for it to be obvious he’d eaten someone.
“Yeah, that’s not a round gut anymore,” Clyde said, gently prodding the elephant.
“Close, though,” Kyler said. “If Indi were a good hundred pounds fatter he might actually hide a shrimp like Zak.”
“Oh whatever, I’ll be thrice this size once I start hitting the skate park again!” Zak shouted from within. “And wow, August, looks like you lost—who’d have thought? Wait, I did!” He laughed hard enough to shake Indi’s belly.
August’s mood hadn’t changed. He casually strolled around the couch, which was right beside a table with beer and a keg on it. “You haven’t won just yet, Zak. After all, I haven’t even offered Indi a drink yet.”
There was confusion amongst the others. August abruptly grabbed Indi’s trunk, tore the nozzle right off the keg, and shoved the trunk against the hole. A flood of beer gushed down Indi’s trunk and into his stomach, showering Zak in booze. Indi wobbled frantically, but he was in no position to reach his captive trunk and stop August. All he could do was chug. And chug. And chug.
The elephant’s belly ballooned, spreading further across his lap as it filled with beer. The bulges Zak had been making were being gradually smoothed out, even as the mouse thumped harder than ever on the walls of his alcoholic pool. Indi’s eyes were narrowing, his head swimming as he grew drunker and drunker. He eventually stopped squirming, content to guzzle whatever the keg had to offer.
“Buh-urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrp!” The couch and table rattled as the keg was emptied. He had a dopey grin on his face.
August came back around, smug. “As you can see, there’s no trace of Zak anymore.”
While Indi’s round belly was wobbling quite a bit, the bulges from before were now gone. There was faint splashing from within as Zak paddled and fought. “Bullshit!” the mouse yelled.
“Dude, he’s kind of right,” Clyde said.
“Yep. Now Indi just looks like your average frat boy,” Kyler said. “Speaking of which: I think I spotted someone from my own frat days wandering around, and they’re long overdue for a rendezvous with my gut.” The voracious rabbit snuck off, licking his lips as he went on the hunt.
“Yeah, I’ve got a buddy I need to catch up with too,” Clyde said. “Uh, not to eat. Though if you see a cheetah with a bulging gut and I’m missing...yeah.” The plump horse left as well.
“Know what Zak, why don’t we call this a draw?” August said, giving Indi’s belly another slap and making him burp. “We both win that way.”
“You cheated!” Zak growled. “I won, and then you just cheated your way to a fake victory! Once I’m out I’m gonna dump a whole tub of beer on you so you can see how it feels to swim in cheap beer!” There was no response from August, as the lion had left to grab a fresh beer of his own. “August? Yo, dude, where’d you go! Ugh, dumb cat. Hey Indi, spit me out, this beer’s getting kind of bubbly already. Indi? Indi!”
Unfortunately for Zak, the elephant had zoned out, completely ignoring the shouts from his bloated belly. He really loved being huge, and the unexpected stuffing had him feeling even bigger than ever. In his drunken stupor he remembered someone talking about him gaining another hundred pounds, and he blushed. Maybe he should. It wasn’t like anyone would bat an eye at a blubbery elephant. With some effort Indi lugged himself off the couch, which was bent in a little now. He waddled off to enjoy the party, oblivious to the increasingly frantic kicking going on in his stomach.
Indi spent the next hour meandering, hanging out with random groups and chatting up anyone he knew. His gut got plenty of attention since it was jutting out from beneath his shirt. Everyone simply assumed he’d chugged a bunch of the beer, especially once they noticed how swiftly he could go through a bottle. If anyone saw the occasional sharp wobble or heard the eventual loud gurgles, they didn’t bring them up.
But despite the beer and mouse brewing in his gut, Indi was still hungry. He eventually made his way to a table with snacks on it, mostly chips and pizza. August was already there, chowing down on slice after slice. The chubby lion was sporting a ball gut, taut and round, having glutted on everything the party had to offer—aside from the guests, of course. He thumped his belly and let out a sloppy belch, then turned to see Indi.
“Yo! Better get in on this while there’s still anything left. I’m feeling peckish.” August shoved a whole slice into his mouth and gulped it down.
“Food good,” Indi babbled, right before his stomach let out a loud rumble.
August looked at Indi’s gut, and laughed. “You sound hungry enough to eat a horse.”
The mention of horses made Indi immediately think of Clyde. Plump, juicy, filling Clyde. Without a word he wandered away, leaving a confused August alone with the table. “Oh well,” he shrugged. “More for me.”
Indi went from room to room, often backtracking on accident due to his inebriation. He saw plenty of hefty guests, but his mind was set on having horse for dinner. As he went down a hallway leading to the bedrooms, he managed to run straight into Clyde. The horse bounced off Indi’s gut and nearly fell over.
“Ha, didn’t see you there, Indi,” Clyde said, blushing. “Hope you’ve been having fun. I’m kind of hiding from my roommate right now. He got high and was going on about the munchies and I’m pretty sure he’ll eat me if he finds me, hehe.”
“I can—hic—hide ya,” Indi said, looming over the horse.
“You can? That’d be really awesome! I’d kind of like to avoid becoming cheetah fat tonight. Or any night I guess. Roommate’s cool for the most part, but he does gloat a lot about eating friends. So where are we—oof!”
Indi had pinned the horse against the wall, his enormous gut nearly enveloping Clyde completely. Clyde wiggled and squirmed, but the pressure was too great. “D-Dude?” he said, nervously.
“Been a while since I’ve had horse,” Indi almost giggled. He wrapped his trunk around Clyde and opened wide, the horse gulping as he felt himself pulled in. And to think, the party had been going so well up until then.
Clyde kicked and struggled with all his might, all the way down Indi’s throat. He couldn’t hope to overpower the drunk elephant, though. Indi’s belly swelled with horse, his cauldron of a stomach quickly getting to work on the latest course. “No one will—braaaaaaaaaaaaap—find ya there, buddy,” Indi said as he massaged his enormous gut. “Could use a nap.”
Indi lumbered down the hall, his belly crashing into furniture as he went. He squeezed into an empty bedroom further down, and fell backwards onto the bed, crushing it flat. Within seconds the elephant was passed out, his belly shaking as his meal continued fighting.
Another hour passed as the elephant slept. His belly shrunk some, the lumps smoothed away. Indi twitched and his cheeks puffed up, before he let loose a massive belch that woke him up. Clyde’s acid-stained phone flew through the air and bounced off a wall, before skidding along the floor.
Sleeping hadn’t sobered Indi up much, and he groaned as he got up. His belly sloshed as it bounced. It gurgled as well, which Indi found particularly delightful. “Really demanding tonight, huh?” the elephant asked his stomach, giggling. “Guess we gotta find more snacks.”
By chance Indi managed to find his way back to the food table. All that remained were crumbs and empty boxes, though. Even the veggies had been decimated.
“Not gonna have much—bworrrp—luck there, jumbo!”
Indi sluggishly turned to face August who was waddling up. The lion was even rounder than before, and there was no question as to where the rest of the food had ended up. August gave his bulging belly a loving rub, squeezing it.
“Guess I ended up in one of those insatiable moods, you know how it is. Though you obviously found something to fill up on yourself!” August poked Indi’s gut, and the elephant burped up the soaked and tattered remnants of Zak’s shirt. August stared down at the shirt, then burst into laughter. “I can’t believe that idiot got himself digested! And all because of a silly dare, too. Oh, he must’ve been cursing up a storm to the very end, that little pipsqueak. So, was it an accident, or did you keep him in there on purpose? Come on, you can tell me.” August nudged Indi’s belly with an elbow, a grin on his face.
“Got hungry,” Indi said. His stomach growled again. “Still hungry. Thinking about having a third course.”
“Heh, you really can be a bottomless pit at times. And I thought you looked a little too round for just Zak to be in there.” August yawned, his feast having made him somewhat sleepy. He wasn’t quite ready to leave, though, not while he could still tease his friend. “So, got anyone in mind for course three? I think there’s still a plump zebra around here. Or Clyde~”
“I’m thinking someone...bigger.” Indi grinned, and his trunk wandered down to August’s gut, groping it.
August chuckled at the attention, then began to realize what Indi had in mind. He’d completely neglected to consider just how appetizing he might look after stuffing himself silly. The lion’s confidence finally waned. “Well I’m sure I saw an extra-filling hyena earlier.”
Indi shook his head.
“Ah...well damn.” He frowned as his friend lunged.
It took longer for Indi to swallow August than it had the others, if only because of how heavy the lion’s engorged belly was. The unlucky feline struggled to fight back, especially once they were dunked into the stew awaiting them in the stomach. Once it was over with, Indi moaned euphorically, so fat he could barely move.
He walked towards the couch, one slow step at a time, his gut swaying side-to-side and the belches flowing frequently. Indi lacked grace as he sat down, the couch collapsing beneath him instantly, unable to hold up. Though the cushions were flattened, they were still somewhat comfortable, so Indi didn’t mind. He leaned back and massaged his belly, in bliss. “Why is everyone sourrrrrp damn tasty?” Indi mumbled aloud. “Next roommate needs to be scrawnier. Or maybe fatter. Ugh, I’d probably eat them no matter what. Sorry for being such a fatty, August~” He apologized to his belly, which responded with a long and loud glrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrk.
Indi lost track of time, unaware of anything else going on around him as he relaxed and toyed with his increasingly gurgly belly. It was Kyler’s voice that snapped him out of his gluttonous daze.
“So that’s where the rest of the party disappeared to!” The rabbit waddled around to the front of Indi. He was looking noticeably fatter himself, face and sides softer. His gut was round and taut like August’s had been, but Indi suspected it wasn’t full of pizza. Kyler smirked when he saw Indi looking him over. “Had a nice little win streak at video games after I left you dorks. Now I’m closer than ever to a couple former friends~” He rubbed his belly. “I was hoping to snag a third before I left, but I guess everyone else bailed. Don’t see our host either, so I’m sure he ended up as belly fat at some point. You get him?”
Kyler got closer, too amused by the size of Indi’s gut to notice how the elephant was eying him up. He was craving dessert, and double-stuffed rabbit was beginning to sound like quite the delicacy. Without saying a word he grabbed a hold of the collar of Kyler’s tank top with his trunk, and pulled the unsuspecting rabbit in. Kyler barely managed a yelp before he found himself in a maw, warm breath pelting him with the scents of mouse, horse, lion, and beer—so much beer. “God damnit!” he shouted, as his descent into oblivion began.
Indi awoke to a headache. Light was creeping into the living room through the blinds. He felt himself wobble as he stirred. He didn’t remember being so...jiggly. The throbbing of his head prevented him from trying to doze off, despite the questionable comfort of wherever he’d ended up. Eventually Indi bothered opening an eye, which gave him a decent view of a table covered in discarded cups and bottles. Looking down, he saw more debris, though there seemed to be as many crumpled pieces of clothing as there were cups. Shoes, shirts, belts, hats, wallets, phones.
“Oh yeah, the party,” Indi groaned. He slowly forced himself up, grunting as he adjusted to his increased heft. He’d already been huge, but Indi was convinced he’d somehow added well over a hundred pounds to his bulky frame. That wasn’t the kind of weight you gained overnight by just eating too much pizza. No, he’d been drunk eating people again. The elephant blushed.
“Man, this wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the hangovers,” Indi grumbled, taking a look around the room. He didn’t see anyone else passed out, or hear anyone in a room elsewhere. Probably meant the owner had left in someone’s gut at some point. Hanging around an abandoned apartment made him feel weird, so he stretched, grabbed a bottle of water, and made his way out. He didn’t notice the familiar belched up clothing of friends littering the ground near where he’d slept. “I never remember a damn thing when I get blackout drunk,” the elephant whined. “So much for an elephant never forgetting. Gonna have to ask August about it when I get home. Wonder who I even ate, anyway?”
