It's amazing that someone finally noticed it. Even if this particular Arceus has been drawn so well that you can't quite tell whether the latex-goo has solidified into a particular form, has merely covered another's form or a combination of both, the fact is that bulging belly that threatens to burst its restraining ring at any given moment is *canon* along with that prissy deer stance. And that everything, really. -Good- work here and elsewhere on this series in particular.
