Hey.. I notice the license plate says collector so I'm wondering if I saw that car go off at the Barret Jackson auction in Palm Beach.

I only visited the state and never lived in it although a lot of my dad's family was born there including my dad himself.

They look the same because they would use the exact same stuff every year for a wile. Then overhaul everything, and do it again. Which is why say, an 85 and 95 corvette look basically the same. The late 60s and 70s models are still sexy as hell though!

I believe it. A lot of car buffs I talk to call Chevrolet small blocks belly buttons for the same reason.

I would get rid of the tacky window decals, but other than that I like it.

no chrome bumper on the front so it cant be 72 or older. and I cant see the lil wrap around of the chrome of the rear bumber which means it cant be a 75 or older. and it does not have the "fastback" which was introduced in 78 which makes this a 76 or 77.

either way this car has most likely been re-painted. the L-48 or L-82(depending on engine) emblem on the hood scoop is missing.

so it's more likely late 60's?

its all good. there might be a lot of vettes around but I love mine. and its always fun to learn about the hundreds if not thousands of different little things about each model year
