Clefable POV

Basically I didn’t have any sleep last night… When it’s breaking dawn, I saw Togekiss yawned and get up.
“Good… morning? Togekiss…”
“Ah, did I woke you…?” She yawned and asked.
“No, I… I couldn’t feel you so I think you woke up…”
She blushed and looking at me.
“Anyway, why do you wake up that early?”
“…I want to sneak in bat clan and bring Crobat some foods.”
“…! Togekiss… it’s dangerous…”
“I’ll be fine,” She winked to me, “It’s not the first time that I sneaked into, remember?”
“…I know I can’t stop you, but, take care, please?”
“I will~” and she left.
“…” I still get out of bed and walk out with her.
“…Clefable?”
“Let me help you, I’m strong enough to battle if necessary.”
“…Thanks, but be careful.”
………
“It’s enough?”
“Yea, I think so~” She used a leaf as the container for the berries.
She flew back into the cave, to the way that can reach Bat Clan.
I follow her.
“Hey, Clefable… it’s quite dangerous in front, you should go back first.”
“Ah, no worries, I won’t be your burden~ Besides, you said it’s dangerous, so there’s no reason to let you go on your own~”
“…Fine…” She sighed, “But really, be careful if you insist to keep up…”

“…It’s weird.”
“Huh?” I asked.
“There are at least two bats on this path usually…” She tilted her head.
“No guards today? Ah, great~”
We went through the path and saw the bat clan entrance. It’s far away, but somehow, something is not right…
“…Where did the bats went to?”
“…There are usually many bats there?”
“Yea, but…” She tilted her head again, “I didn’t even see a single bat here… not even the noise of Supersonics…”
“Where is Crobat?”
“…He’s supposed to be there, I hope he is…” She pointed another path.

Crobat POV

I was unable to sleep… I’m nocturnal, it’s impossible for me to sleep at night…
And plus, the hunger is keeping me awake.
I gotta go out for food tomorrow, no matter what…
When I’m finally dozing, I lied on the grassy pile, feeling drowsier, and about to fall asleep…
“Crobat!!!”
A similar voice woke me up.
I looked up…
“…T-Togekiss?!”
I got out of my bed quickly and struggles to stay balanced.
“H-Hey! Lie down, Crobat!”
“…Ah.” I almost forget, there are two holes on my wing now…
I lied down again.
“Here, Crobat, I know that you didn’t have your ‘supper’ yet, so we came to deliver them for you~”
“…Ah…” It reminds me of mama again, “Thanks…”
She passed me a berry quietly, I caught it with my tiny wings… I’m too hungry, and just start to chomp on it directly.
She giggled, I look at her... and turned back.
She looks cute when she’s giggling…
But meanwhile, I felt someone is watching me… no, actually, watching my injured wing.
Clefable tapped on Togekiss’s back.

Togekiss POV

“…What’s up, Clefable?” I whispered to him.
“Hey, had you ever see the move ‘Wish’ before?”
“…Uh? Yea, I do, but I forgot that move already…”
“That’s fine, you got Metronome, right?”
“…Yea?”
“His wounds are kinda simple to cure… I think if we use Wish together, it will recover very soon!”
“Really?” my voice raised a pinch, Crobat turned to look at me curiously.
“A-ah, nothing~” I smiled back to him embarrassingly and turned to look at Clefable.
He gave me a nod.
“…Hey, Crobat~”
“Y-yea?” He turned to look at us.
“Say, Clefable said that your wounds are easy to cure, we can help you to recover~”
“Really?” His eyes widen and asked.
“Yea~” I said, “Though, I’m not sure if this will really cure it… but it’s not hurt to try, right?” I smiled to comfort him.
“R-right! Sure, why not?”
“Then, here we go~” I nodded to Clefable, and lift my wing up.
He lifts his hand up too, pointing the finger towards the top.
