No need to kill it. I would rather it eats the mosquitoes and other pesky bugs. This spider is outside in a natural environment, not bothering anyone. If anything, I was bothering him as he was trying to eat his lunch! How would you like someone to come and squish you while you are trying to eat your meal?!
