This river monster and the squirrel are under water so yes, they're floating.
I'd love help especially on the hands and maybe that back left leg... anything else you see that needs redlines or critique PLEASE POINT OUT!
Creature I'm drawing is this thing.
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2623921 ignore the extra hands and nipples they don't exist.
This is the species basically: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3467799/
This is where I got the design for the bottom of the foot: http://www.furaffinity.net/full/2719880/
If you know who the character belongs to don't tell them I'm drawing this. Please and thankyou. It's for a secret santa exchange and I'm alread risking them seeing this by posting it to a public site.

With the hand I think the only problem is the lack of a palm. I have the same problem all the time. D: Make a fist with your hand like you're grabbing something, you'll be able to see that the lines from the fingers are almost nonexistent. I also agree with the first commenter that the breasts are a little bit high. The thigh on the right leg (the bottom part) looks a little concave, too. The curve of the rump looks good, but just make sure the thigh follows in the same kind of curvature.
I gotta say though, your forms are getting WAY better. Both characters really seem to have some substance to them, I really like how you drew the little one!

I'll give you another detail that you might want to look at, the tail comes off the body in a rather odd angle, the tail tends to be an extension of the spine and should actually curve off of the back, not come right out from the back, if you run a line along where the spine goes on the back of her you'll find that it turns rather hard at the backside.
On a more minor note, that the line that represents the but cheek on your side should cover more of the tail since there is that backside looks like it has a lot of coverage ;)
you know... I never realized how much I look at backsides before :P
