Really proud of this one, a lot of things I've practiced over the years really came together for it and I think I've found a new benchmark for my illustrations.
The piece is an anniversary gift commissioned by a friend of mine. Setting was inspired by the Meteor Festival from Beastars.
Unfortunately, I finished a little over a month later than the actual date of the anniversary but I think the effect is still the same.
Wishing you both the best lives possible on this little blue ball we call home as we circle the cosmos. <3
