A great new recipe from

This one was super tasty, and you don’t need too many ingredients!
What you’ll need:
One egg (for egg wash)
1/4 cup chopped white onion
1/4 cup frozen peas
1 pound ground beef
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup water
Soft Pie crusts
The first thing you’ll want to do is prep the filling. To do this, you’ll start with your ground beef. Brown it until it’s cooked, and add the chopped onion and peas. While this is cooking, mix your water and flour together to create a thin liquid mixture. Doing this prevents flour clumps. Pour this into your beef mixture and stir until a ‘gravy’ begins to form. Set in the fridge and allow to fully cool.
Once the beef is cooled, lay out your pie crusts to warm up to room temp, and set your oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
When the pie crusts have warmed up, use a cookie cutter or the opening of a glass to cut out rounds from the crust.
Add your cooled filling and seal shut using some of the egg wash, clamping gently with a fork to help prevent leaking. Add egg wash to the tops of the pies and cut vent holes.
Put the pies into the oven for about 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and slightly firm!
