Another random creature design from 2016, some sort of undead creature with a skull mask.
Never did do anything with this design after this, though.

Thanks! I love drawing these sorts of undead critters, but I rarely know what to do with them afterwards because they just don't fit in with much else I'm doing.
I remember we actually met because you were interested in some other one-off critter of mine and the potential of me selling it, and while that one seemed to go along with the Ridgeback creatures and their world, I might be interested in parting with this design if you're interested.

It would be nice to see him live on (is that a pun because he's some sort of zombie creature?) because I like these kind of spooky skull-faced creatures but I just have no idea what to do with him--figured I'd offer him to somebody that seems interested.
It's cool, we all are right now. Maybe some sort of art trade or something if you're ever bored, I've done that before in the past, traded designs I don't use for art of characters I do. Just drop me a note sometime if you're interested.

Oh, that's another function of it? I really do need to look into this more, but I feel like I already have too many art sites to manage at the moment.
A shame Weasyl never took off, they have this cool feature called "Collections" where if somebody made something for you, you had the option to "collect" it, which notifies your watchers of it! You even get a notification when someone faves or comments on something you've collected. And "Collections" is its own tab, separate from Favorites. It's an awesome system I'd like to see more sites implement their own version of.

oh TH is really mainly for character storage! its not the type of site people use to upload art. It's rare you'll ever get feedback, unless it's something you're seeking in the forums
that collections thing sounds really nifty! I personally really love 2 big things on DA. the stash system, and the collections/groups you can have for your favs. sadly they both dont work as conveniently after the big layout change :c

Oh, it seems I've really misunderstood what the site is for, again. I always saw it being used to store art of adoptables and characters for sale, but that might just be the things people linking to it were primarily using it for. Maybe I should just stick to what I have for now since I think I need a good general-purpose art site more than I need a character storage/sorting site, but now that I word it *that* way it sounds more useful to me than I thought. Hmm...
I gotta agree there, Stash and folders/collections in favorites are probably the two most useful features DeviantArt has. Well, *had*, you're so right in saying Eclipse made them way more difficult to access and use. The two best things Weasyl seems to offer is its collection feature (which could probably even be used to form a "group" account very easily since the site lacks that), and its blacklist system, which just hides anything with a blacklisted tag anywhere on the site--even your own inbox! I know Eclipse tried the latter but wound up with a half-assed version that only works in search and browse, but does nothing when you go to someone's gallery or faves, kinda making it useless tbh since I never use their broken search.
