More fun with lighting from 2016, featuring Captain Buck.
I have a lot of fun playing with lighting like this, be it torches, candles, lanterns, campfires or whatever, so it tends to be a bit of a recurring theme with "treasure hunter" and "explorer" characters of mine, such as Buck the Pirate here. After all, we all know a real treasure seeker isn't going to wait until morning to look for the treasure, right?

Captain Buck here is an African Wild Dog/Painted Wolf/Cape Hunting Dog/whatever we're calling Lycaon Pictus this week, or at least that's what his race is based on. I swear, they change the common name for that dog constantly...
As it turns out, most food items don't last all that long once locked in an unsealed, unrefrigerated treasure chest, so let's hope when he finds the treasure he's seeking, he finds a trove of coins or ingots or even jewelry, and not some misguided fool's leftovers or a snack they were trying to save for later.
