I wanted to remake these ones because they didn't look remotely alien, but just furry. I hope now they look weird enough. Their bio is quite much the same as before, so I'll just copypaste it with little modifications. Many thanks to
zetar-02 for helping me with their new design.

The Ishigans are a very friendly species and skillful hunters. Having a thick layer of fat and fur, they don't really need clothes even in the chilly enviroment of planet Icia, but they use them as a mere accessory. Their black and leathery hand palms, foot soles, undertail, and nose are very soft and sensitive, and are used for most salutation and love rituals.
One of the facts that most amazed Earthling explorers is the origin of their shining blue markings. All Ishigans' fur is completely white when they are born; each time an Ishigan finds a mating partner, a new marking appears, and won't disappear till its carrier completely forgets about who produced it.
Further research proved that each marking's shape and size is somehow related to its owner's feelings towards the person who produced it, and also that humans can acquire these markings too, if involved in a relationship with an Ishigan.

The Ishigan are indeed tribal and live in small communes with no leader. They don't have any military or technology, they resource on simple spear hunting and fishing. They don't record their history. Although their status isn't important, whoever has more blue markings is considered more fertile and attractive. Each tribe has its own religion, usually related to the local climate and natural formations.
Ishia is a flat, frozen planet, covered by a snow-like dust and blue crystalline formations, which the Ishigans use to make hunting weapons. Its vegetation is almost non-existant, but there are many different animal species, like the ishigobs (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3811322/) and of course the Hishakk (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4347389/), which is considered part of the landscape itself. Ishia has several moons and a faint, distant blue sun. Its gravity is very slightly greater than Earth's.
