Some of you might remember Pelukori, Elder's crazy robotics engineer minion from the old ZooCity comics. Well, he now got a bad revamp, a dark background story, and a new name.

Dr Vladimir Grenyek used to build intelligent weapons for a terrorist group which wanted to restore democracy in ZooCity. After being arrested by Nelson, he was declared unfit for mental recycling and sentenced, as any other unrecoverable criminal, to feed the city's bioenergy system.

However, right before the guards could execute him, he jumped into the organic processor himself. The guards couldn't help him as he was digested alive, but Elder could. Dr Grenyek was saved, built himself a new robotic body with Elder's help, and became his loyal minion. He's sworn revenge against Nelson for catching him in the first place.
