Nothing can stand against the might of The Facepuncher. Except maybe Skagzilla, where a 27 shots from a liquid sniper to the inside of the face is the most effective method (I dropped Skagzilla, known for being mostly a battle of attrition more than anything else, in 3 magazines). In all situations I've found crazy punching mode to be the single most useful active skill in the game, even functioning as a medpack when needed.

Skagzilla's right after Sledge, if I remember right, one of the first things when you go to the next area that you can now go to thanks to beating sledge. I suggest taking something with lots of accuracy, power, high rate of fire, and a scope, because your only other option to bring down Skagzilla is doing between 2 and 50 damage per hit, out of probably a good several tens of thousands. The first time I fought him, me and two other people ran ALL of our guns dry on him, to the point where we were trying to run up and punch him in the butt because it was the only unarmored part, and the only part that (probably) wouldn't kill us.
