A fresh out of collage fox squirrel with a degree of historical Political science. But founded to be working at fast food orders to pay rent rather then seeking his goals as a leader. With his apartment be right next to Bresnv's Noscladoska. Fran is a major fan of the hyrax (and his size) as the two got along. In honor of his fan, Bresnv granted the fox squirrel to be the president of the providence of Rascova or just Rascova. It's Basically Fran's next door apartment room to Bresnv. Fran enjoyed this for a short while. Yet one day with being push around by life's troubles, be decided to for Rascova broke off from Noscladoska to be come the Rascov Empire, crowing him self as Kaiser Franz. Yet with this did not fix well with Bresnv as a the twitter war of 20 something and something began. Only peace was made with hugs, and lots of burgers and fries X3
