What it says in the title
I kind of want to give Hao a small gimmicky story, her being a maniac who enrolled in the communist party just for her obsession with keeping control and purging. She wields a haunted soviet ppsh41 (haunted part that I need to ellaborate further someday) and that she constantly flashes off for being able to carry a drum mag, though she actually never uses it and it's an intimidation tool.
No one really knows what her torture methods are but she's very efficient so no one questions her.
