Having stress related IBS, the cramps can swoop in at any notice and make my day rubbish.

Hey, sorry to hear about your pains. I've been dealing with some intense abdominal pain lately and while I haven't seen a doctor to get properly checked out (darn you covid) I have a sneaking suspicion that I might have IBS based upon symptoms and opinions of others I've spoken to who have it. That tiny ramble aside, I related to the pain you expressed and wanted to show my condolences. I hope things get less painful later on in the day!
