A big helping hand
Here's a *big*, punkish raccoon girl from a story of a friend of mine, xreiteratex, about a poor human getting in the wrong part of town in a city for macros. Atleast he's got our friend here to help him out! Kind of.

The heft of the bat was nice and reassuring. It was a heavy thing, something that could do some real damage in the right hands. Normally, she'd just try to run, but these idiots, they'd seen her face. She couldn't risk them telling their boss what she looked like. Even species identifiers would be enough for one of those morons in charge of these thugs to track her down, or just make trouble for any female raccoon.
So she did what came natural to her kind...well, at least according to all those micro movies she liked. She did some damage. The impact as it shivered up the long shaft and into her arm was fantastic, and sickening. She hated it, and loved it. Her heart was beating right into her ears, as adrenaline screamed through her veins, driving her to hit the wolf again when he proved to still be conscious.
When it was done, her breath came in sharp gulps of air, her lungs filling with it, as she stared down at him, hoping he would stay down. And he seemed to, as his body stilled. Maybe he was dead? That wouldn't have been a loss, but it did mean she needed to leave, like right now, and she was about to do just that, when she heard it, her ears twitching as the tiny voice came from the ground below.
A micro? In this part of town? Coming from one of those moron's pockets? That could mean a lot of things, most of them stomach churning to think about. Toy, snack, slave? All of those made her angry in a way, but she decided to play it cool as she crouched down, trying to get the idiot to calm down, while considering leaving him here, just abandoning the human to his fate, or perhaps to luck's cold embrace.
She lowered her hand for him, wishing her hoodie's pockets were a bit tighter against her skin. Or that she could afford to toss a can or two of paint. She needed all she had, however, and so closed her palms around his tiny, delicate body, cupping him in her claws, before bolting, the sound of boots coming closer down one of the alleys as she ran, feeling him seemingly collapse into her palm, his body going still...asleep she hoped, as she rushed between the buildings, towards an unknown future.
