Hi to all. This is a drawing that I had been planning to do for some time...and only now I had the opportunity to complete it.
I was inspirided by this draw https://www.furaffinity.net/view/20750044/ by
Sewlde ...among other things, that drawing was commissioned by him from 
marmelmm (whom I warmly thank for giving me permission to use his characters).
So I decided to recreate a drawing that saw my character (driving a Ferrari "Lancia" D50), compete with his pilot (who drives a Mercedes Benz W196R Streamliner) on the famous Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit.
I didn't want to insist too much on the background not to risk ruining it. I hope you enjoy the end result. Stay Tuned, I've another work on the way ;)

Now this is when racing was still worth watching! Unlike todays cookie-cutter cars (and drivers). Nice to see two of my favs I miss the old "cigar" racers. Maybe you will have to do the 148 Shark nose Ferrari of Phill Hill's. And kids these days think they invented 4 wheel drift, lol. They were officially doing that in the 50's, though I've seen footage from the 30's of it being done. But maybe not on purpose. The "Initial D" generation needs to go back to history class and pay attention this time. Great art, and reminder of my youth.
