It's pretty common that Youtube algoritm suggests you some video for no reason.
I've got a series of video from a chiropractic specialist account :P
In addition to the cracking necks and backs and junctures, most of the patients get this sort of Grip of Death treatment, with the doctor basically fingering their armpits and the side of the pectoral muscles… Oh, the pain on their faces! Everybody is gangsta until the Doc fingers your armpits XD
The idea of Ghia being a sort of chiropractic/massage expert was in my head for a while now, so I've decided to put this together.
Also the idea of Pira hissing “FUUUUUUUUU…” amuses me :P

The stress release probably comes from actually being done with the treatment! XD
I know that the term "canon" is sort of loosely applied to their stories, but is Ghia actually a chiropractor/massage therapist for a living? It would fit right in with her muscle fetish and she might have first met Pira as a customer of hers.
