So, once again I take to the streets for firework photography. I was of course maintaining a very safe distance form other people, hence the two lamps in the foreground. The problem I came into with this was the fireworks didn't center over the street, but to the right of the images. I am using the Haida M10 Clear Night Photography filter, it really does help. All of these shots will be at 4 seconds, F 7.1, or 8, and either ISO 200 or 160.
These are all taken in Sylva North Carolina.
This is actually later in my shoot, but looking back now I see my mistake. The image isn't centered, and it drives me nuts. We will begin to fix that in the next few uploads.
The key thing to remember in composing shots... Simplify, find the thing that is drawing your attention and frame it without the distractions, I didn't do that in any of these, but some shots were better framed.
