Thats a Farseer.. They do not have 5 attacks with a wych blade.. Wych blade only maked 1 attack at double strength lol.

Yes they used to have a spell like that. Really they didn't get any offensive spells now, and none of their spells work in close combat.
Farseer's are basically your worst HQ you can take for Eldar, take an Autuarch.

They beefed up their war walkers immensly.. If you are IG and they field all the war walkers they can.. Or orcs.. You are pretty much fucked.
