Todd Fitzsimmons Flight Suit Reference by Kittydee
Another reference of Todd in his flight gear by 
Kittydee. Inspired by elements from Starfox, he actually does his flying manually (he switches out his standard legs for "wing boots", borrowing a little from Strike Witches). The shield is specially enchanted to aid in flying (not by diffusing G forces, but by manipulating aerodynamic forces all around him), and besides his primary sidearm, he also carries a number of grenades in his pouch.
