So I am in NJ for a few days watching my parents' dog while they go away.

Tonight autumnsunrise was visiting and we had a bug to make dessert. This is what came out and it is amazing!

Almond flavored sugar cookies w/ peach and almond cream cheese icing topped with crushed pistachios.

Autie is the "mack daddy" of baking so she took care of the cookie dough and flavors while I devised and mixed together cream cheese, sugar, almond extract, and diced peaches.

Iced Peach and Almond Sugar Cookies.
