This was a fanart from a friend of my real life car. A 1993 Peugeot 306 1.4 XR with some slightly modifications that i did over the years.
Its got now 88hp, weights only 970KG and has a nice sportly 90´s race steering wheel, new sporttires and a aftermarked bodykit. its not really fast in straights but a go-cart in every corner :D

The new Modells arent so great because they are more family friendly, the old ones were cheap made sportly hatchbackes and you can definitly feel it, the car moves very direct and has a very hard suspension in stock, i guess on a american highway it will feel not really great, but like i said this thing is made for corners :3
But the great thing about america is that you can tune your cars legaly.... in germany there is a yearly inspection named "TÜV" and you must write all you tuning parts in a special paper, and it costs everytime very much to do this and the inspector can say very often, hey thats not allowed and you payed for all part and inspection for nothing :/

Yeah, that's true. My WRX is far from stock. Turbo back exhaust, lots of aero, suspension work, tuned to 315hp. It is sad we miss a lot of good European models though. Like Wagons! No Audi Avant wagons or anything like that. :/ People over here are too in love with SUVs and crossovers.
It got so bad here that Ford and Chevy decided to pull all sedans from their line up here. JUST AS WE FINALLY GOT THE FOCUS RS, they kill it off after a couple years. No more ST, no more RS, no more FiST... I'm glad Subaru and the other JDM brands are keeping it alive. And the GTi and Golf R do well here. BMW does well, too. Lots of 3 series around.

also bad news from mercedes, they will stop the AMG selection and focus more of electric cars :(

Yeah... It's a huge blow. I'm hoping they will bring the focus and fiesta line back eventually.... But who knows. Seems like people only want the mustang and the trucks from Ford these days. The hot hatch scene just can't keep up with truck bros, I guess. Haha. I do think the JDM and KDM brands are seizing the opportunity though. The Veloster N is selling like crazy, and the Kia Stinger is really popular among people where I'm at. And Subaru is crushing it. So we will see.
Sad to hear about AMG, though. I did hear they are bringing the electric turbos from their F1 cars to street cars. AMG black series cars were always pretty freaking cool.

It’s so cute! >u< I love Peugeots! Unfortunately, they’re almost non-existent in the US where I love. :/ I absolutely adore foreign cars, especially smaller ones and hatchbacks. :) A lot of my favorite cars come from Germany, Italy, France, and the UK. I’m also a fan of some Japanese made cars like Toyota and Subaru, though. :)

Sadly she rustet away last year, the bottom ground was so rusty you could poke a pencil into it 🥺
But at least i have now something different and more powerful, i got lucky and got an slightly damaged Peugeot 206 CC GTi, me and my dad repaired it and its now my new project ☺️
