A dragoness wearing a cloak that turns into petals and flowers, spreading fragrance and beauty wherever she goes. In her tail a basket full of seeds, for fragrance and beauty do not last if none were there to grow the next generation.
I'm going for an elegant but still complex look for a simple and graceful character here, the petals actually didn't take me as long as I thought it would. XP
