Lol, that would be weird if that was the case. XD It may look as it seems, but it's not. She's supposed to wave her hands similarly like I saw what Clefairy (from Pokemon) would do.
But yea in the thumbnail it looks silly. ;w; It would be better if thumbnails are animated as well in FA. ^^;
