Was in a mood for some dough-tastic doberman pinchers after watching the Disney classic "Oliver & Co.". By far, it has my favorite canine antagonists in Roscoe and DeSoto. The pair's just so much fun to watch and it's a shame their screentime was as short as it was. And I guess I wanted to put the spotlight on DeSoto for a change~
Drew this as an un-official continuation of this glorious post by
hectorthewolf and honestly had a blast drawing it~ I had been wanting to veer into more complex scenarios for a change and had never done a squashing piece before. Gave me a fun challenge to put more emphasis on the backside too, so that was fun.
Enough of my rambling, enjoy some antics.
And no, that g-shep is totally not enjoying this, you guys. Not one bit. It's just agonizing to be trapped under such ginormous glutes. For realsies.

Imagine the events leading up to this smaller dog's unfortunate(?) situation...
A most sinister atmosphere... cornered with nowhere else to go... the humongously obese DeSoto blocking off the alleyway's exit with his sheer massiveness... the rising anxiety the dog feels as DeSoto slowly advances closer, his thunderous footsteps ominously shaking the ground, causing every inch of flaccid fat on DeSoto's hefty frame to jiggle about... DeSoto's huge shadow enveloping the dog... DeSoto's maniacal grin as he continues to lug himself forward, his hoarse, exhausted breaths failing to conceal his wild anticipation of what he is about to do to this poor pooch ... DeSoto spending a good few minutes shifting his heavyset body to face away from his victim, so that his titanic tuchus is right up in its face... and WHOOMPH!!!
