SWEET BABY JESUS, THERE'S SOMETHING THAT RESEMBLES A BACKGROUND!

Actually, this was a boatload of fun to draw. ^^
I owe a million thanks to for helping me every step of the way, and dealing with my complete ineptitude. This character was based off of the avatar creator at Tektek.org, but sort of evolved into a character of her own.

She belongs in a universe where there is a parasitic dimension attached to our own where all the Phobias and fears of humanity are personified. There are four ranks:

Worry < Fear < Phobia < Terror

While all classified as a Pphobia, the sub ranks are used to distinguish power among themselves. Eno here is a phobia, and is thus very powerful. She rules over the fears of sinning. The more people fear a particular subject, the more powerful that Phobia becomes. The originals, the fear of everything and the fear of nothing, have been around since the beginning of life, but most of the others have since blossomed into being since humans gained sentience.

The phobias believe that their role in existence is to ensure that the human race progresses, inspiring them and motivating them with fear. If humanity was to stop progressing, the Phobias will have failed in their job. On a related note, their rivals are the Phelias, the beings of love and/or obsession. They believe that if humans become to comfortable and happy, then all need to progress would stop. Hence the butting heads.
