The colours again were awkward, because just colouring her in an offwhite colour seemed like I was cheating, so I opted for the purple. So here is Lugia, ruling her kingdom! Anthro Lugia's also are silly. I didn't have a clue whether to give her proper wings or the type they have as pokemon. So I did the latter, I thought it would look odd otherwise...

actually, as an anthro, id prefer actual wings, as the lugian wings on the back of an anthro character is kinda weird looking
I usually like the idea that the arms and hands can transform into lugian wings at the users need, i have a character like that, it doesnt look so weird heh
