Your Jolty is so adorable <3
I was trying to figure out why the perspective feels a little wonky, and I think it's because usually dogs tend to look more straight forwards since they have a limited line-of-sight typical of carnivores.
(Reason for the classic and adorable 'head-tilt' look, heh)
The body balance feels a little weird, since his front legs are crouching while his back legs are flopped to the side.
Maybe his front legs should have been resting on the ground, and therefore, his view would be propped up by his outstretched neck alone?
I'm sorry if you weren't looking for critique!
I just really liked where you were going with this one, and wanted to add a few things I thought after quizzically looking it over.

I totally agree with you! I really appreciate you looking at this so critically, it helps a lot. I was looking at my cat laying when I placed the body, as well, and I suppose it didn't dawn on me until now that cats and dogs may lay differently (I have not had a dog for many many years), and I think if you look at most of my Thoreau images, he has dog-like anatomy, but cat-like posture and posing. I guess that's the beautiful thing about the eevees, though, they can be either!
I chose to steer away from the head-tilt pose on purpose, as I drew them a lot a while ago and wanted to do something a little different, but again I think the cheek-against-the-glass posing is more cat-like than dog-like, now that I really look at it.
Thank you again for the critique, it's really flattering that you took the time it look at this so analytically!
