Giraffes are one of my favorite animals, hands down. This one was absolutely adorable. He seemed to have a fetish with licking the beam there like there was something on it. I don't know, maybe there was. Anyway, this gorgeous calf (yes, that's the calf) was so close to me I could've almost reached out to touch him. Just another reason I really enjoy the Brookfield Zoo. The exhibits are very open so you can get quite close to the animals!
