A character from a story I was working on but never finished. The story was the perspective of three survivors living in my zombie apocalypse world. The series titled "No second chances" you only have one life, make it count was the idea I had going for it. The first story was more just a one thing with no character to get attached too. My writing was also dog as well (still is) but I may finish the first chapter of this story eventually.

Beat was an interesting person, his way of speaking would cause people to question his mental capabilities. But that didn't bother him at all, he always wore a pair of headphones and listened to music 24/7. He had good ears and could see people using echo location much better then other bats of his kind. He got the nickname beat as he was constantly beat boxing silently to see since he was actually blind at birth. He lived with his brother who was in the military before shit went down, but his brother was out of the house. When he didn't return beat grabbed a shovel and his brother's shotgun and some ammunition before leaving to search for him.
